Leaders and managers are critical enablers in helping their organizations be successful, yet the role of leaders and managers in an agile organization can be quite different from what they are used to.

Nexus is a tool for scaling Scrum, a framework that allows you to increase the number of teams working on a single product. It reduces dependencies between collaborating teams and problems related to the integration of the Product Increment.

The workshop is based on a holistic case study in which participants work together on scaling Scrum and solving
the numerous problems associated with it.

They become thoroughly familiar with the artifacts and events within this framework. The greatest emphasis will be placed on the new role that Nexus offers: Nexus Integration Team. Participants will also be introduced to 50 related scaling practices.

The workshop teaches how to launch, structure, staff and manage a large Agile project using Scrum. During the workshop students will learn the infrastructure, tools, and practices needed to effectively scale Scrum to maximize the value of the product.
Individual development sessions

Most often the sessions take the form of coaching or mentoring. During the first meeting, together with the participant, we determine a long-term objective. Reaching this objective is done using the small steps method (mini iterations). Each individual session ends with an action plan for next week.

Consulting

In many companies I can see a certain pattern. Problems come up and after a few unsuccessful attempts to deal with them, people in the organisation stop noticing them. In such a situation, someone who has a clear view and experience in introducing changes in an organisation is needed. This is exactly who an outside consultant is.

I help companies developing software determine what problems they are facing and, most importantly, I help to find the cure. The cure combating not the symptoms but real, deep causes.

Scheme of consulting work:

Step 1

Audit of software development process

Step 2

Root Cause Analysis

Step 3

Development of a recovery plan

Step 4

Help with implementation of improvement actions
